How It All Began
Velia’s Virtual Solutions was born from both necessity and ambition.
Originally from New York, I faced countless rejections for roles where I was more than qualified. Rather than let those setbacks define me, I turned them into fuel. Inspired to create something of my own, I began freelancing on TaskRabbit—an early step that led to the launch of Velia’s in 2017.
What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a business dedicated to helping companies bring structure to their operations and move forward with clarity and confidence.

With over 16 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world, I’ve honed the skills necessary to support businesses at every stage of their growth. My passion for continuous learning and improvement drives Velia’s Virtual Solutions to stay ahead of the curve. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and an Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, I’ve earned multiple LinkedIn Learning Certifications. I’m also proud to be a Certified Trainual Consultant and Certified Asana Workflow Specialist and I’m currently working toward my PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
